All the flight arrangements were great and agents were very helpful. If I was told about the requirement to get an ETA for travel to England I don’t remember. I feel someone should have reminded me before the day I was flying when I had to rush and pay extra to get the authorization in time. There were certainly other reminders I received.

They answered all my questions and were very responsive and provided flexible dates for travel.

Steven was enthusiastic (to a fault). His first of three offers was about 10% above my budget but the flights really fit the schedule so well I had to say yes. The other two offers were cheaper but the timing was off for me.

Richard was very helpful with booking my flights and seat selection.

Each of the representatives was familiar with my needs which means the documentation was excellent. When I had any questions I received a prompt reply. I especially liked that they took care of the boarding passes and seat assignments and noted my club privileges.
